Prepaid appointments are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
We might not be able to accommodate you on your booked appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. Being more than 30 minutes late automatically cancels your appointment.
Failing to show up for your scheduled appointment 3 times without giving us prior notice can result in you being blacklisted and we might prevent you from making future bookings.
